Know your production

  • Eggs collected
  • Production rate
  • Daily trend
  • By house
  • By flock

Know your costs

  • Feed
  • Medication
  • Labour
  • Utilities
  • Everything else

Know your profit

The actual product

This is the software, not an illustration

Real screens from a working farm. The owner sees the whole operation; the person in the house sees the round they have to do.

The EDOS Hatch360 dashboard on a laptop, showing bird count, active flocks, eggs today, mortality, feed, revenue, expenses and profit alongside an egg production chart and the Farm Health Score
The daily recording screen on a phone, with large numeric fields for deaths, culls and birds sold
The production screen on a phone showing hen-day production, saleable eggs and the collection trend

Every new account opens with this demonstration farm, so you can see what filled-in looks like before you record anything of your own. See more screens

Farm Health Score

One number that tells you whether today is fine

Hatch360 reads your mortality, egg production, feed conversion, vaccination compliance and disease reports, then scores the farm out of 100. Not a gimmick — every component shows the figure behind it and the target it is measured against.

Flock management

Every batch, from placement to harvest

Each flock carries its own record: breed, placement count, age in days, live birds, mortality, average weight, feed consumed and the harvest date you are working towards.

  • Broilers, layers, kienyeji, improved kienyeji, breeders, chicks, pullets and turkey
  • Bird count that corrects itself from your daily records — never edited by hand
  • Performance measured against the standard for that bird type and age
  • A timeline from placement through brooding, vaccination, growth and finishing

Production intelligence

Know the drop the week it starts, not the month after

Record collection in seconds and Hatch360 does the arithmetic: hen-day production, saleable eggs after breakages and rejects, and the trend across days, houses and flocks.

  • Morning and afternoon collection, broken and rejected eggs
  • Hen-day and hen-house production calculated for you
  • Compare house against house, and this batch against your last
  • Alerts when production falls faster than it should

Feed & inventory

Feed is most of your cost. Treat it that way.

Track feed, vaccines, medication, equipment and packaging as real stock with opening balances, purchases, usage, wastage and a closing figure that always reconciles.

  • Stock level maintained from transactions, never typed over
  • Reorder alerts before you run out, not after
  • Days of feed remaining, from your own consumption rate
  • Cost per bird and cost per batch that include what you actually fed

Health management

Vaccinations that remind you, not the other way round

Build the vaccination programme once per flock and Hatch360 tracks what is due, what was given, and what is overdue — alongside disease incidents, treatments and withdrawal periods.

  • Vaccination schedule by day of age, with reminders
  • Medication records that calculate the withdrawal date for you
  • Disease incidents with symptoms, treatment and severity
  • A health timeline per flock any vet can read at a glance

Kienyeji & small farms

Simple enough for 200 birds. Serious enough for 20,000.

New accounts open in Simple mode: birds, eggs, feed, sales, expenses, profit. Feed conversion, production curves and benchmarking stay out of the way until you ask for them.

  • Six numbers and five buttons on the small-farmer dashboard
  • Advanced tools switch on when you are ready for them
  • Kienyeji and improved kienyeji flows that do not assume a commercial shed
  • English and Kiswahili

At scale

One farm, or a network of them

Managers see only the farms assigned to them. Owners see everything, side by side.

Compare farms honestly

Birds, eggs, mortality and profit for every farm in one table you can sort. The one at the bottom is the conversation worth having.

Roles that actually restrict

A worker records and sees tasks. A manager runs assigned farms. Only owners and accountants see money. Enforced in the database, not the interface.

Reports people will read

Production, financial, health and inventory reports that export to PDF, Excel or CSV — for your bank, your vet or your own records.

No signal? No problem.

Your records do not depend on the network

Entries save to your phone first and sync the moment signal returns. Each record shows whether it is synced, pending or failed — so nothing is ever quietly lost because the connection dropped in the middle of a collection round.

From the farm

What changes when you can actually see the numbers

I used to know my egg numbers only at the end of the month, when the money was already spent. Now I see the drop the same week it starts.
Mwangi K. · Layer farmer · Kiambu County
Three houses, three different workers, one screen. I stopped chasing people for notebooks.
Achieng O. · Farm manager · Kisumu County
The feed conversion number told me which batch was actually making money. Turns out it was not the biggest one.
Kipkoech R. · Broiler producer · Uasin Gishu County
It did not ask me for twenty things. Birds, eggs, feed, sales. That is how I actually keep my records.
Wanjiru N. · Kienyeji farmer · Nyeri County

Questions

Things farmers ask us first

Do I need internet to record my daily data?

No. EDOS Hatch360 saves your records on your phone first, then syncs them the moment you have signal again. You will see a small badge showing whether a record is synced or still pending — nothing is ever lost because the network dropped.

I only have one house and about 300 birds. Is this too big for me?

Not at all. New accounts start in Simple mode, which shows only birds, eggs, feed, sales, expenses and profit. Advanced tools like feed conversion, production curves and benchmarking stay hidden until you switch them on.

Which birds does it handle?

Broilers, layers, kienyeji, improved kienyeji, breeders, chicks, pullets and turkey. You can also add your own category if you keep something else.

Is the Starter plan really free?

Yes — one farm, up to two houses and 500 birds, at no cost, for as long as you need it. You only pay when your farm outgrows it.

How do I pay?

M-Pesa. You will get an STK push on the number attached to your account. Card payments are coming for customers outside Kenya.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, up or down. Your data stays exactly as it is — only the limits and the features available to you change.

I manage farms for other farmers. Does that work?

Yes. On Professional and Enterprise you can hold several farms under one account, assign a manager to specific farms only, and see a network view comparing birds, eggs, mortality and profit across all of them.

Can my workers record data without seeing my money?

Yes. Roles control what each person sees. A farm worker gets the recording screens and their tasks; only owners and accountants see revenue, expenses and profit.

Who can see my farm data?

Only you and the people you invite. Every record is isolated to your organisation at the database level, not just in the app — there is no query anyone outside your organisation can run that returns your rows.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Every report exports to PDF, Excel or CSV, and you can export your full records at any time. It is your data.

Every bird. Every batch. Every farm.

Know what is happening on your farm, what needs attention, what you are spending, what you are producing — and whether you are actually making money.
